What I Did on Christmas Break 1971

After the excitement of birth had worn off, I had little else to do but begin growing, squirming, and waiting for the holidays. By the age of six weeks, I had enlarged to 10 lbs. 4 oz. and by the time I had hit three months, I had ballooned to 14 lbs. 12 oz. It must have been the Thanksgiving turkey.
Superman vs. Supercamp

I have recently been mulling my way through the first season of the original TV series The Adventures of Superman. While I have certainly been enjoying the show, I have come to the conclusion that this series was a piece of crap – at least by today’s standards. Yes, I know I am throwing rocks at an all-time classic and I agree that although it is campy, it is campiness at its finest, but I have to call them as I see them. Read the rest of this entry »
