Nancy Allen, Dressed To Kill

nancyallen1I don’t frequently hand out gushing compliments regarding a female celebrity’s attractiveness, unless I am sufficiently open-mouthed, all-out wow’ed. And Nancy Allen was just such an example of a gal who had what it took to make me stutter over my words. I found her throughly attractive at age 58…and I told her so. She seemed genuinely grateful for the compliment and told me sincerely that it was a ‘very nice thing to say’ to her. Read the rest of this entry »

Lone Pine – Day Two (and Homeward)

lone7I spent my last full day of my California “Dreams Come True” trip in chilly Lone Pine, California, enjoying our final day at the 19th annual Lone Pine Film Festival on Saturday, October 11, 2008. We got up bright and early and left our motel in Independence at about 7:30am. Hank Garrett – Oh, There You Are

54aHank Garrett had been on my list of autographs to get for some ten years, starting way back when he first start appearing at collectors shows in the 1990’s. For one reason or another, I never ended up getting his autograph because he either didn’t show up or Bob forgot to pick it up. The Road to Gwotty Molly

gw10The question that I got the most pertaining to my most recent trip to Guatemala was “So why are you going to Guatemala?” The answer was simple enough: No reason really. My friend Bob was looking for his 42nd foreign country to visit and Guatemala seemed as good as a place as any. Many say that the culture and landscape are enticing, so I decided that I’d tag along in touring this foreign and exotic country. This was my first trip with the A.C.T. (Adult Customized Tours) group that is based out of Palm Springs, CA. The only bad thing about the all-inclusive trip was that it left and returned to Los Angeles only, so I was forced to buy a round-trip ticket to L.A. Read the rest of this entry »
