Elliott Gould
Sunday, January 3rd, 2010Elliott Gould reached the apex of his film career in the 1970’s with notable roles in such classic films as MASH, Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice (which garnered him an Academy Award nomination), A Bridge Too Far, and The Long Goodbye. But it has been some his more recent work (following a very silent period of low budget rubbish) that has grabbed my attention. 2010: A Beginning and an End
Saturday, January 2nd, 20102010. I just really can’t believe this. Another year has come and gone. Another decade has come and gone. And I am beginning a whole new five-year period on this website. In some bizarre way, I have been dreading the coming of 2010. When I look at the five year periods of my life – all eight of them so far – each one is characterized by one overall ‘theme’ that seems to permeate the entire era. Read the rest of this entry »
