Laurel and Hardywood Day 4: Tours, Tours, Tours

It was nice that the previous day had been rather low-key and relaxing, because this the fourth day of Laurel and Hardywood on Saturday, July 5, 2014, would be anything but… especially for David and me. We got up nice and early that morning and made our way from his house in Burbank to the Loew’s, meeting up with everyone in the lobby before 9am. Having missed my opportunity to meet the original Pamela Voorhees from the first Friday the 13th, played by Betsy Russell (although I did secure an autograph as seen here), I was disappointed when Nana Visitor, who reprised the role in the 2009 reboot cancelled her appearance at the Fall 2015 Chiller Theatre show. But never fear! Or maybe you should fear; after all she is Pamela Voorhees. But seriously, I quickly got another chance for a meeting when she did in fact show up for the next Chiller Theatre show on April 23, 2016. 
My track record for meeting the leading actors and actresses from the original Star Wars films had thus far been pretty darn good. Besides Mark Hamill, Kenny Baker, and of course Alec Guinness, there were only two of the so-called leading characters whom I was waiting to meet. I have no hope of meeting Guinness since he’s dead, and my hopes aren’t gigantic for Hamill.
