Dream a Little Natty

ms1I very seldom pass up the chance to meet a Disney celeb, and although the 1980’s saw the decline of quality live action films coming out of the studios, I’m a bit surprised at myself for passing up meeting Meredith Salenger when I had the chance at one of the Hollywood Shows back in the late 2000’s. Granted my criteria has somewhat loosened in more recent years, but any way you slice it, she would have been a cool person to meet.  Read the rest of this entry »

zoe3I’ve never been big into collecting stunt people when it comes to celebrity encounters. I certainly don’t want to diminish their roles in helping to create a successful film by any means, but some how they’ve always seemed a little obscure to be paying good money for an autograph. I’ve passed up a good many – even the stunt double for Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Terminator films. Of course the case could be made that the men behind the Friday the 13th Jason masks or the Halloween Michael Myers masks were just stunt men as well. cdb5Sometimes an actor’s credits are so neck-and-neck equally important to me that I have a hard time deciding which photo to buy (that is, if I don’t go ahead and just buy both ie. Patty Duke, Mark Metcalf, Anthony Michael Hall, Veronica Cartwright, etc.).
